What you'll do

• Own end-to-end technical recruiting for complex and high-impact engineering roles, from intake through offer and close
• Partner with Engineering leaders and Hiring Managers to understand business priorities, team structures, technical requirements, and talent gaps
• Translate technical requirements into effective talent strategies and sourcing plans, rather than relying solely on inbound applications
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-quality engineering talent across relevant technology ecosystems
• Use a combination of direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, networking, research, and talent communities to identify passive candidates
