Senior Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Procurement and Finance Services team at Zillow partners with business units across the company to deliver strategic sourcing solutions that drive value, innovation, and operational excellence. We collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our sourcing strategies align with Zillow’s business goals and support the company’s growth and competitive advantage.

What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments and commercial terms, partnering with Legal on risk positions
• Build and execute category strategies and own savings targets across rate reduction, cost avoidance and payment terms
• Analyze spend, total cost of ownership and market benchmarks to identify and size savings opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the U.S. and India, presenting sourcing strategies, business cases and savings outcomes to senior leadership
• Lead supplier business reviews and manage supplier performance, risk and compliance
