About the role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Associate – Graphic Designer (Employer Branding) to support branding and communication initiatives across multiple GCC client accounts.
What you'll do
- Create high-quality designs across digital, print, presentations, social media, campaigns, events, merchandise, and office branding
- Independently manage creative requirements across multiple GCC client accounts while adhering to respective brand guidelines
- Translate creative briefs into effective visual concepts, bringing fresh ideas and thoughtful design solutions to projects
- Collaborate closely with designers, brand managers, and the broader Employer Branding team to deliver cohesive and effective creative solutions
- Provide design recommendations and creative guidance to stakeholders when required, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and design best practices
