What you'll do
- Drive proactive sourcing for Software Engineers (SE), Senior Software Engineers (Sr. SE), Full Stack Engineers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Cloud Engineers
- Build strong passive talent pipelines through market mapping, talent intelligence, referrals, social sourcing, and AI-powered recruiting tools
- Source and hire emerging AI talent including AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Generative AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and MLOps Engineers
- Maintain clean, disciplined pipelines with clear reporting and funnel visibility
- Deliver a standout candidate experience through speed, clarity, and thoughtful communication
