Product Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to own the development, optimization, and scaling of one of our core AI agents. You’ll be responsible for taking our agent from its current state to a world-class, autonomous system that delivers guaranteed outcomes for local businesses. This isn’t a traditional PM role.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end development of your assigned AI agent (Lead Generation, Retention, or Local SEO) - from optimization to scaling to measurable customer outcomes
• Drive customer-centric improvements by spending time with salon owners and wellness professionals
• Optimize agent performance by working with ML engineers and data science to improve model accuracy, automation reliability, and response quality using real customer data

• Build and execute strategic roadmaps for your agent’s evolution over 6-12 months, identifying new capabilities and use cases that strengthen competitive positioning
