About the role
The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end forward and reverse logistics operations related to IT assets. This role involves close coordination with end customers, courier and 3PL partners, internal technical, warehouse, and billing teams to ensure timely asset pickup, movement, evaluation, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing end-to-end forward and reverse logistics operations related to IT assets
- Coordinate directly with end customers (individual employees of clients) to schedule and manage IT asset pickups
- Handle customer requests related to asset pickup, redeployment, and movement
- Liaise with courier and 3PL partners for pickup scheduling, delivery tracking, and escalation management
- Plan, arrange, and dispatch appropriate packing materials to end users for secure asset transportation
