Cloud Monitoring Administrator in the Enterprise will… We are hiring an Associate to administer our SolarWinds platform and monitor Windows, Linux, network and application infrastructure. You will build and tune monitoring, act first on alerts, and log in to servers to investigate and resolve issues before they affect users.
What you'll do
- Build and tune monitoring, act first on alerts, and log in to servers to investigate and resolve issues before they affect users
- Create and tune alerts, thresholds, dependencies and escalation rules to reduce noise and false positives
- Build custom dashboards, views and scheduled reports for operations and management
- Manage polling engines, agents (agent-based and agentless), WMI/SNMP credentials and platform health
- Perform routine maintenance: database cleanup, license tracking, certificate and service checks, backups
