About the role
Decision Analytics Manager – Forecasting We are seeking a Manager with strong analytical capabilities, business development, team & client management, project delivery, and experience developing forecasting solutions. This role combines forecast modeling, AI/advanced analytics, agentic transformation and direct client engagement, with opportunities to lead global teams and influence high-impact business decisions.
What you'll do
- Drive business development activities by identifying client needs, developing proposals, supporting pursuit teams, and expanding existing client relationships
- Support account growth by proactively identifying opportunities to extend forecasting engagements into broader commercial analytics, strategic planning
- Develop and deploy advanced forecasting models (epidemiology-based, patient-based, trend-based) and AI/ML-driven solutions
- Translate complex, ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks and actionable insights
- Manage and mentor global, cross-functional teams (including offshore teams) Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements
