• Build and manage client relationships across assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for technology initiatives and strategic…
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify technology-enabled solutions, and develop roadmaps that support long-term transformation
• Drive account expansion — identify opportunities, shape proposals, facilitate client discussions and collaborate with internal teams on solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional, geographically distributed teams across India and the US, ensuring collaboration, delivery excellence and alignment across workstreams
• Design and govern OT/IT data layers and Unified Namespace (UNS) architectures; define semantic models / ontology and contextualization of time-series and equipment data
