About the role
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of our procurement SaaS platform. You will work closely with clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated, and intelligent procurement solutions. You will also contribute to embedding AI capabilities into procurement workflows, enhancing efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of procurement SaaS solutions for global clients
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
- Configure and customize the platform to align with client-specific procurement processes
- Drive integration with ERP and third-party systems using APIs and middleware
- Manage and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality deployments
