About the role
As a Senior Associate in the Equity Capital Markets vertical, you will drive the day-to-day execution of 1Lattice engagements for ECM clients. You will report to the Manager (or equivalent) and typically work on 1-2 projects at a time .You will own the analysis and key deliverables on your projects, work closely with analysts, associates and our data science and technology teams, and present findings to clients alongside the Manager.
What you'll do
- Drive day-to-day project execution for ECM clients, with ownership of project analysis and key deliverables
- Own analysis in Excel and handle data comfortably to derive meaningful insights
- Contribute across the project life cycle: scoping, problem structuring and hypothesis definition, research and analysis, presentation storyboarding
- Mentor and guide fellow team members, and coordinate work across the project team
- Stay focused on outcomes, and adapt to an ambiguous and dynamic environment
