About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles within our hospital network. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment and a strong ability to source, screen, and onboard quality talent efficiently.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Source candidates for clinical roles (doctors, nurses, paramedics) and non-clinical/support staff through job portals, referrals, and consultants
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job specifications
- Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
