What you'll do

- Build and manage relevant candidate pipelines, using structured criteria and data-driven insights to prioritize profiles and improve conversion through the hiring funnel
- Comprehensive Interviews with candidates to understand their profile, career path, growth trajectory, motivators, areas of development, red flags if any
