About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and digital product delivery, preferably within banking, fintech, or technology environments.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product delivery, from requirement gathering and product discovery to release and post-launch analysis
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and product documentation
- Manage product backlog, roadmap prioritization, sprint planning, and release coordination using Agile methodologies
- Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements
- Analyze customer journeys, funnels, KPIs, and product performance to identify improvement opportunities
