About the role
Senior Manager / Lead – Vendor Support, Compliance & Business Analysis We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive professional with 15–20 years of experience in vendor management, compliance coordination, business analysis, and stakeholder management. The role will be responsible for managing vendor support and governance, compliance follow-ups, issue resolution, business requirements, MIS/reporting, and cross-functional coordination .
What you'll do
- Vendor Management & Support
- Manage day-to-day coordination and support for key vendors and service providers
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related operational issues, escalations, and service concerns
- Track vendor performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, contracts, and service commitments
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues
