About the role
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise networking and Versa Networks SD-WAN operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, deployment, monitoring, and day-to-day operational support of SD-WAN infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Administer and manage Versa SD-WAN infrastructure including Versa Director, Versa Analytics, and branch CPE devices
- Configure and maintain SD-WAN policies, application steering rules, SLA profiles, and traffic shaping
- Manage overlay and Underlay connectivity and QoS policies
- Perform firmware upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle management for Versa SD-WAN nodes
- Troubleshoot SD-WAN performance degradation, link flapping, failover issues, and BGP/OSPF routing anomalies
