What you'll do
- Design and build Copilot Studio agents, including topics, trigger phrases, entities, variables, and conversation/agent flows
- Configure generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and generative answers to ground agent responses accurately
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows to extend agent actions, handle backend processes, and connect to line-of-business systems
- Implement and consume MCP Server tool/plugin connections to extend agent capabilities beyond native Copilot Studio actions
- Configure and test agent publishing across channels (Teams, web, custom apps) and manage environment/ALM practices (dev-test-prod)
