About the role
Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
What you'll do
- Implement Dynatrace onboarding for applications, infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Develop advanced DQL queries, Dynatrace dashboards, SLOs, alerts, monitoring views, reusable observability components, and operational reports
- Automate Dynatrace configuration using APIs, Terraform, scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and Configuration as Code practices
- Implement OneAgent, ActiveGate, OpenTelemetry, APIs, extensions, OpenPipeline telemetry ingestion, and processing solutions
- Develop Dynatrace-to-ServiceNow / ITSM integrations and support automated incident creation, enrichment, correlation, and tracking
