- Should be able coordinate and supervise all aspects of a production event, from the creative to the administrative
- Should be able to oversee and take care of all elements of pre-production, production, and post-production work
- Technologist to identify, investigate and diagnose the issue and take necessary action viz resolves or assigns the issue to right assignment group
