About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our medical billing team at Salem. This position requires flexibility to work in a medical billing non-voice process, with an initial office-based training period of 2 to 3 months, followed by the option to work from home. Many opportunities are available to join our vibrant culture.
What you'll do
- Eager to learn the processes during induction and client-specific training
- Actively participate in all training activities, including refresher training on billing and compliance
- Continuously update knowledge related to the client by going through emails and the Knowledge Management portal
- Know and understand patient registration, insurance selection, charge entry, cash posting, denials, and refunds
- Understand the field specifics of the Practice Management System (PMS)
