About the role
The ideal candidate should be able to effectively guide a team of accountants and coordinate financial statements for a group of clients in the domain of property management. The role involves regular interactions with clients and auditors and the implementation of accounting procedures as per Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
What you'll do
- Managing a team of accountants and ensuring adherence to daily BAU activities
- Ensuring timely delivery of financial statements according to client agreements
- Regular interactions/discussions with clients on the financial performance of their properties
- Responding to accounting questions related to the client’s business within strict TATs
- Taking responsibility for the accuracy of financial statements prepared by his/her team
