- Facilitate new hire training on English grammar fundamentals, voice and accent
- Prepare recurring training reports to the respective training manager
- Assist recruitment team for screening candidates on voice and accent
- Audit frontline agents calls, record scores and observations on the call monitoring form
- Provide feedback and coach the client partners to improve their call handling, voice and accent training
