About the role
The eligible candidate needs to have a minimum of 7 years of experience in medical coding specializing in Emergency Department (ED), Same-Day Surgery (SDS), and Observation.
What you'll do
- Able to deliver as per client SLAs
- Create and maintain all process documentation and update it on a timely basis
- Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review and root cause analysis
- Assist with new team member training
- Ensure attrition and shrinkage targets are met
