The Associate Director of Sales – Weddings & MICE is responsible for leading the hotel's weddings, social events, meetings, incentives, and group business sales strategy. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve wedding and MICE revenue targets

- Establish annual sales goals, forecasts, and action plans in alignment with hotel objectives
