About the role
We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Learning & Development Manager to join our organization in Bengaluru, India. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning initiatives that drive employee growth and organizational success.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring optimal functionality, user adoption, and accessibility for all employees
- Manage learning and development budgets efficiently, allocating resources strategically to maximize program effectiveness and return on investment
- Collaborate with HR, department leaders, and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals, culture, and talent development strategies
- Design onboarding and professional development programs that support employee retention, engagement, and career advancement
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on learning program outcomes, participant feedback, and recommendations for continuous improvement
