- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Heartists across both properties
- Ensure timely completion of joining documentation, background verification, and employee records
- Coordinate with respective departments for induction, orientation, and joining arrangements
- Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems and personnel files
