Review the Learning needs analysis for the hotel(s) prior to the budget Review with the hotel(s) the implementation and facilitation of a hotel(s) Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel’s goals and strategic plan Follow-up on all training activities within the hotel(s) Ensure the hotel(s) are 100% compliant with all Ennismore Compliance Training
What you'll do

- Follow-up on all training activities within the hotel(s)
- Ensure the hotel(s) are 100% compliant with all Ennismore Compliance Training
- Ensure coordination and delivery of training programs of all internal providers
