What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives across all hotel departments
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the hotel culture and processes
- Coordinate, track, and document employee performance reviews in collaboration with Department Heads, ensuring timely completion and accurate records
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes
- Coordinate with departmental trainers and managers to identify training needs and schedule sessions
