- Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development strategy and training calendar
- Identify training needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA), performance reviews, audits, and departmental discussions
- Coordinate and facilitate induction programs for all new Heartists
- Conduct soft skills, customer service, leadership, and behavioral training programs
- Maintain training records, attendance, and monthly training reports
