This role helps translate business challenges into practical process changes, standard work, and measurable improvements that support a high-performing global delivery organization.
What you'll do
- Conduct process mapping, value-stream analysis, and process maturity assessments
- Identify bottlenecks, control gaps, duplication, and inefficiencies
- Design future-state processes that are simpler, more consistent, and easier to execute across teams and locations
- Support transformation initiatives that improve productivity, quality, timeliness, and customer experience
- Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, and workflow optimization
