About the role
To support the design and implementation of organization design and operating model improvements across Acentra Health by helping define future-state roles, responsibilities, decision rights, service boundaries, and governance structures.
What you'll do
- Support future-state operating model design, including shared services, global delivery, and support structures
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and build alignment
- Support leadership with clear options, trade-offs, and practical recommendations for organizational improvement
- Translate business objectives into structured workplans, actions, and operating model artifacts
- Prepare clear presentations, summaries, and decision support materials for leadership reviews
