About the role
Line coordinator will be responsible for managing all the below shift activities for the 4 machines and 6 machines in case of D/N shift.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and verifying all shift activities (Machine checking, IPQC (Dimensional and Attribute), FT change, DB change, Greaser Change, Colour change
- Effective weight control in order to maintain RSD below 2%
- All activity performed on the machine should be recorded on the machine downtime sheet
- 1S,2S to be maintained on shopfloor
- Executing Quality corrections (Dimension correction, moisture correction, process parameters
