About the role
Engineer - Production at ACG (ACG World). Responsible for overall safety on shop floor and identifying Near mis, Unsafe acts & Unsafe condition.
What you'll do
- Responsible for overall safety on shop floor and identifying Near mis, Unsafe acts & Unsafe condition
- Lead a team of 30+ Plant associate and 20+ contract associates in a shift environment
- Optimal utilization of resources including Manpower, Material, and machines
- Prepare weekly and daily production plan and monitor it to achieve targets in machine fabrication and assembly
- Responsible for self-inspection of job and entire quality of the product
