About the role
Delivery and administration of a range of training and development programs to meet the needs of an individual. Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with senior management. Assist in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool.
What you'll do
- Plan Talent development, manpower budgeting and seek necessary approvals
- Planning of annual training calendar, engagement calendar, talent reviews with HOD’s
- Assess training needs through IDPs, consultation with managers
- Design, plan, organize, training programs for associates
- Arrange specific training programs as per requirement of functions
