About the role
To lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations including performance management system, salary processing and rewards & recognition verticals for Unit and to help in strategic decision making by creating monthly MIS.
What you'll do
- Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding associates as per ARF by using Success Factors
- Ensuring the proper implementation of PMS including goal setting, mid term reviews and appraisals for all management associates
- Carrying out the activities related to promotion
- Leading R&R for fostering the appreciation culture within the organization
- Creating and maintaining Monthly MIS and Dashboards i.e HR Dashboard, HR Metrics, Headcount Dashboard, OT Dashboard, R&R Dashboard and MPRM updates
