The Job purpose of a Shift Incharge - Printing in solar manufacturing is to manage and enhance printing operations for solar cell production, ensuring quality output, operational efficiency, and safety compliance while leading a team to achieve production goals.

- Provide expert management of Print line processes, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of Print line equipment for solar cell production
- Manage and mentor the Print line maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operation and professional development
- Ensure all Print line operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety protocols
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and specifications in Print line operations for consistent solar cell performance
