What you'll do
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify safety, health, and environmental risks and develop and implement inspection policies, procedures, and schedules
- Develop and enforce health and safety procedures across all areas of the company and review and update emergency procedures and workplace safety protocols
- Leading the implementation of new technologies and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during changes
