About the role
Own end-to-end execution of WTG projects from project handover through erection, commissioning and customer acceptance. Establish robust project plans covering site readiness, logistics, crane/resource planning, erection, electrical works, commissioning and handover. Drive achievement of project milestones while ensuring adherence to cost, quality, safety and contractual requirements.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end execution of WTG projects from project handover through erection, commissioning and customer acceptance
- Establish robust project plans covering site readiness, logistics, crane/resource planning, erection, electrical works, commissioning and handover
- Drive achievement of project milestones while ensuring adherence to cost, quality, safety and contractual requirements
- Monitor project risks, critical-path activities, resource requirements and execution bottlenecks, and drive timely mitigation
- Develop and lead the O&M strategy for the installed WTG fleet
