About the role
The Lead - C&I ensures the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of C&I systems. This role oversees troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system optimization while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Lead collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvements, reduce downtime, and enhance system reliability to support smooth and efficient operations.
What you'll do
- Driving continuous improvement by leading R&D efforts to develop advanced solar technologies and identifying market trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Leading effective change management strategies to guide the organization through transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
- Ensure seamless operation and performance of C&I systems across facilities. Lead troubleshooting and proactive system monitoring for optimal production support
- Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies to maximize system reliability and minimize downtime through preventive and corrective actions
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during system breakdowns, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to operations
