Review process requirements, P&IDs, tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements to define and scrutinize the electrical scope of work. Select electrical equipment and systems in line with process requirements, operating philosophy, applicable standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
What you'll do
- Review process requirements, P&IDs, tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements to define and scrutinize the electrical scope of work
- Prepare electrical engineering documents, including load lists, MCC sizing calculations, single-line diagrams, cable sizing calculations, transformer sizing
- Prepare, review, and submit drawings such as earthing layouts, MCC room layouts, cable route layouts, single-line diagrams
- Prepare electrical bills of quantities and cost estimates for the complete plant electrical system
- Prepare equipment datasheets for transformers, HT and LT panels, UPS systems, local control stations, cables, cable trays, and other electrical equipment
