About the role
Draft, review, and finalize pleadings including claims, counterclaims, written statements, replies, rejoinders, affidavits, applications, appeals, and legal notices. Coordinate with external counsels, law firms, and advocates while representing business interests before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
What you'll do
- Handle and manage arbitration, litigation, recovery, contractual, commercial, and regulatory disputes across PAN India
- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings including claims, counterclaims, written statements, replies, rejoinders, affidavits, applications, appeals, and legal notices
- Coordinate with external counsels, law firms, and advocates while representing business interests before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums
- Develop dispute resolution strategies, conduct legal research, assess risks, and provide legal opinions to management
- Maintain litigation MIS, case trackers, legal budgets, advocate bills, and ensure timely updates on ongoing matters
