About the role
The Executive - Billing Engineer - Civil / Services is responsible for managing cost estimation, billing, and quantity surveying for civil and service-related projects. This role includes preparing accurate quantity estimates, verifying contractor bills, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting project financial documentation.
What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions in all contracting processes
- Provide necessary documents for work order amendments due to quantity variations / Extra items etc
- Provide / Assist for the rate analysis of extra items
- Analyse and Assist for settlement of claims by the contractors
- Verify contractor invoices for measurement accuracy, quantities, and rates in accordance with contract terms
