About the role
In charge - Security is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the organization. This role involves planning and overseeing the collection, collation, interpretation, and dissemination of valued and authentic information that directly or indirectly impacts the organization, ensuring a secure and resilient environment
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end site operations, guaranteeing compliance with the operating model and SOPs, and guide the team on handling exceptions
- Conduct internal patrols using CCTV and document findings, maintaining a high level of security vigilance
- Supervise the Access Control team, ensuring process adherence, and manage the issuance and deactivation of access cards for various visitors
- Oversee business traffic operations, including authorization checks of vehicles and cargoes using GPS and RFID tagging tools
- Act as the first responder to crises, emergencies, and incidents, managing exceptions and ensuring swift and effective action
