Associate Manager - Security

About the role

The Site Security Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing security operations at a designated site, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and infrastructure. This role focuses on implementing security protocols, monitoring automated and physical security systems, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and responding to security incidents.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily security operations to ensure the protection of personnel, property, and assets
• Monitor security systems including CCTV surveillance, access controls, and perimeter protection
• Ensure the deployment and performance of security personnel as per site security protocols
• Conduct site patrols and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
• Respond promptly to security incidents, breaches, and emergencies at the site
