About the role
The Business Unit Cyber Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized cybersecurity expertise and support within a specific business unit. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks while ensuring that security practices align with business objectives.
What you'll do
- Identify cybersecurity risks within the business unit’s operations, including systems, processes, and workflows
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement appropriate security measures and controls to reduce risk
- Provide guidance on threat mitigation strategies and assist with implementing security measures to address identified vulnerabilities
- Act as a key contributor to the business unit’s cybersecurity incident response plan
- Assist in investigating and analyzing security incidents, ensuring timely detection, containment, and resolution of security breaches
