About the role
Responsible for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of AEL's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Preparation, review & Finalization of Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), QA/QC guidelines, standard templates, procedures, and insp. protocols for all projects as per Group Guideline.
What you'll do
- Coordinate regularly with the Field Quality Assurance (FQA) team and Project Quality Manager (PQM) to resolve day-to-day QA/QC-related issues
- Support the qualification, development, and assessment of new OEMs and electrical equipment manufacturers, including technical and quality evaluations
- Provide support to the FQA team in the selection, deployment, and coordination of Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies at site, as and when required
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, construction managers, and project managers to ensure timely closure of NCs
- Attend meetings with project contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to communicate quality requirements, discuss inspection status
