About the role
Lead - Electrical (Engineering & Maintenance) is responsible for overseeing the operations, servicing, and maintenance of electrical systems at the airport. This role ensures that all electrical infrastructure functions optimally and complies with safety and operational standards. The incumbent collaborates with teams to implement efficient maintenance protocols and resolves technical challenges to maintain uninterrupted airport operations.
What you'll do
- Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems, including substations, distribution panels, and power systems
- Monitor and ensure uninterrupted power supply for critical airport facilities, addressing faults promptly
- Optimize the allocation of resources including materials, equipment, and personnel for ongoing maintenance tasks and projects
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting periodic audits of electrical systems
- Maintain compliance with aviation standards, such as ICAO, IATA, and DGCA regulations
