About the role
The Incharge - MEP is responsible for overseeing the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This role involves coordinating with contractors, reviewing documentation, and resolving technical issues to support the successful delivery of MEP services.
What you'll do
- Review plans and specifications as per tender documents and advise on discrepancies or improvements
- Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and general piping systems
- Analyze mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering problems and formulate effective solutions to ensure project success
- Identify and address design issues, plan work schedules, and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Supervise and execute all MEP works, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical installations, ensuring quality and safety compliance
