About the role
Head - Security is responsible for leading the site security operations in alignment with the organization's business objectives and Security Strategy Roadmap. Responsible for safeguarding the company's infrastructure, ensuring the safety of employees and stakeholders, and protecting designated individuals.
What you'll do
- Oversee the timely preparation and adherence to the site security budget, ensuring financial excellence in security operations
- Perform comprehensive security risk assessments, address audit findings, and implement mitigation plans to reduce vulnerabilities
- Supervise security operations, including proactive patrols, safety incident reporting, and maintenance of security systems
- Ensure vendors meet performance expectations, comply with regulations, and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct functional training programs for security personnel and measure competency improvements post-training
