About the role

Incharge - PSS is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the pooling substation team, ensuring that all activities align with safety regulations, operational standards, and organizational goals. This role involves developing and implementing effective policies, fostering team collaboration, and optimizing performance to ensure reliable and efficient power distribution and supply within the designated area.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end execution of EHV/HV transmission lines (33kV and above) from site mobilization to commissioning
• Manage and supervise route survey validation, tower spotting, foundation, erection, stringing, sagging, and final commissioning activities at site
• Ensure daily execution planning and progress tracking to meet project timelines and milestones
• Coordinate with DISCOMs, STU/CTU, and regulatory authorities for approvals, inspections, and charging activities
• Ensure strict adherence to CEA regulations, IS standards, quality norms, and safety protocols during project execution
